Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi invites sealed tenders from vendors approved by DGCA (INDIA) and Manufacturer (OEM) for the supply of New/Overhaul condition Aircraft Components under exchange program of following unserviceable components. You are requested to submit quotation separately for New and Overhaul condition against exchange basis in accordance with terms & conditions mentioned below: -

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The cost quoted should be CIF Fursatganj (Raebareli).
  2. No currency fluctuation will be catered for, if order is placed within the validity period of the quotation.
  3. Supply lead time should be 30 days excluding time in transit.
  4. Penalty of 0.25% of the basic overhaul cost will be levied every day beyond expiry lead time period.
  5. Sale Tax /Service Tax, if any, may be indicated separately. Tax exemption certificate form D or Form 3D will not be issued.
  6. Your quote must be valid for 45 days for our acceptance from the closing date of tender.
  7. Either the Indian agent on behalf of foreign principal or the foreign principal directly could bid in a tender but not both.
  8. In case where and Indian agent participates in a tender on behalf of one manufacturer, he is not be allowed to quote on behalf of another manufacturer along with first manufacturer in a subsequent/parallel tender for the same item.
  9. IGRUA is not responsible for the quotation lost in transit or not received in time including postal delay.
  10. IGRUA reserves the right either accept/reject the offer.
  11. Tenders received late/incomplete in any respect will not be considered.
  12. The overseas agency should either be the OEM or OEM approved agency.
  13. Following documents must be submitted in respect of parts supplied by you or principal agency: -
    1. Authorized Release Certificate FAA 8130-3 or EASA Form-1.
    2. Invoice, packing sheet, dispatch documents specifying details of transport and Airway Bill etc.
  14. The last receipt date of your sealed quotation is 24th Oct.  2009 and will be opened at 14:30 Hrs. on the same day.
  15. Sealed envelope must be super scribed the following:

Any bid not adhering to the above guidelines shall be disqualified.
