TENDER   NOTICE

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi invites sealed tender from DGCA approved Suppliers and Manufacturer or Approved Overhauling Agencies for the Overhaul Charges of following unserviceable Lycoming Engine. You are requested to submit quotation in accordance with terms & conditions mentioned below: -

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The cost quoted should be CIF Fursatganj (Rai bareli).
  2. No currency fluctuation will be catered for, if order is placed within the validity period of the quotation.
  3. Supply lead time should be 45 days excluding time in transit.
  4. Penalty of 0.25% of the basic overhaul cost will be levied every day beyond expiry lead time period.
  5. Sale Tax /Service Tax, if any, may be indicated separately. Tax exemption certificate form D or Form 3D will not be issued.
  6. Your quote must be valid for 45 days for our acceptance from the closing date of tender.
  7. Either the Indian agent on behalf of foreign principal or the foreign principal directly could bid in a tender but not both.
  8. In case where and Indian agent participates in a tender on behalf of one manufacturer, he is not be allowed to quote on behalf of another manufacturer along with first manufacturer in a subsequent/parallel tender for the same item.
  9. IGRUA is not responsible for the quotation lost in transit or not received in time including postal delay.
  10. IGRUA reserves the right either accept/reject the offer.
  11. Tenders received late/incomplete in any respect will not be considered.
  12. Indian suppliers must hold the current valid D.G.C.A. approval.
  13. The overseas agency should either be the OEM or OEM approved agency.
  14. Following documents must be submitted in respect of parts supplied by you or principal agency: -
    1. Authorized Release Certificate FAA 8130-3 or EASA Form-1
    2. Strip inspection/defect investigation reports of all overhauled components.
    3. Compliance report of all updated mandatory SB’s and AD’s.
    4. Invoice, packing sheet, dispatch documents specifying details of transport and Airway Bill etc.

15.    Performance guaranty required regarding T.B.O. operational life in case Overhauled Engine registers premature failure.

  1. The last receipt date of your sealed quotation is 27TH January 2010 and will be opened at 14:30 Hrs. on the same day.
  2. Sealed envelope must be super scribed the following:

                                                               i.      Enquiry Reference Number: IGRUA/ESP/ZLIN ENGINE/09-10/016

                                                              ii.      Due for opening: 27th January 2009.

Any bid not adhering to the above guidelines shall be disqualified.
