TENDER NOTICE
Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi invites sealed tender from
vendors approved by DGCA or Manufacturer for the supply of following spare
parts of Diamond DA40 and Zlin 242L Aircraft. (Manufacturer Diamond Aircraft,
Canada and Moravan, Czech Republic). You are requested to submit your sealed
quotation in accordance with terms & conditions mentioned below: -

Terms &
Conditions:
- The cost quoted should be CIF
Fursatganj (Raebareli).
- No currency fluctuation will
be catered for, if order is placed within the validity period of the
quotation.
- Supply lead time should be 30
days excluding time in transit.
- Penalty of 0.25% of the basic
order value will be levied every day beyond expiry lead time period.
- Sale Tax /Service Tax, if any,
may be indicated separately. Tax
exemption certificate form D or Form 3D will not be issued.
- Your quote must be valid for
45 days for our acceptance from the closing date of tender.
- Either the Indian agent on behalf
of foreign principal or the foreign principal directly could bid in a
tender but not both.
- In case where and Indian agent
participates in a tender on behalf of one manufacturer, he is not be
allowed to quote on behalf of another manufacturer along with first
manufacturer in a subsequent/parallel tender for the same item.
- IGRUA is not responsible for
the quotation lost in transit or not received in time including postal
delay.
- IGRUA reserves the right
either accept/reject the offer.
- Tenders received late/incomplete
in any respect will not be considered.
- Following
documents must be submitted in respect of parts supplied by you or
principal agency: -
- Authorized Release
Certificate: FAA/EASA/JAA Form, any of them.
- Invoice, packing sheet, dispatch
documents specifying details of transport and Airway Bill etc.
- The last receipt date of your
sealed quotation is 13th Feb. 2010 and will be opened at
14:30 Hrs. on the same day.
- Sealed
envelope must be super scribed the following:
i.
Tender
Reference Number: IGRUA/ESP/DA40 PARTS/09-10/018.
ii.
Due for
opening: 13TH Feb. 2010.
Any bid
not adhering to the above guidelines shall be disqualified.
