Authorized Agencies for the supply of ATC VHF Equipment including
installation and commissioning charges at our facility in FURSATGANJ AIRFIELD,
DISTRICT-RAEBARELI (U.P.) INDIA.
The specifications given for the referred equipment are approximate in nature
and not binding. You are requested to submit
quotation in accordance with terms
& conditions mentioned below: -

Terms & Conditions:
- The cost quoted should be CIF Fursatganj
(Raebareli).
- No currency fluctuation will
be catered for, if order is placed within the validity period of the
quotation.
- Supply lead time should be 30
days excluding time in transit.
- Penalty of 0.25% of the basic
overhaul cost will be levied every day beyond expiry lead time period.
- Sale Tax /Service
Tax, if any, may be indicated separately. Tax exemption certificate form D or Form 3D will not be issued.
- Your quote must be
valid for 45 days for our acceptance from the closing date of tender.
- IGRUA is not
responsible for the quotation lost in transit or not received in time
including postal delay.
- IGRUA reserved the
rights either accept/reject the offer.
- Tenders received
late/incomplete in any respect will not be considered.
- The Indian/Overseas
agency should either be the OEM or OEM approved agency.
- Following documents must be submitted in respect of parts supplied
by you or principal agency: -
- Invoice, packing
sheet, dispatch documents specifying details of transport and Airway
Bill etc.
- The last receipt date of your
sealed quotation is 14/09/2009 and will be opened at 14:30 Hrs. on the same day.
- Sealed
envelope must be super scribed the following:
i.
Enquiry Reference Number: IGRUA/ESP/ATC RADIO/09-10/007
ii.
Due for opening: 14/09/2009.
Any bid not adhering to the above guidelines shall be
disqualified.
