NOTICE INVITING TENDERS Notice inviting tender for disposal of Scrap Material on “as is where is” basis. Tender Notification No. SP/GS/SCRAP/2009-10/78 issued on 24/12/2009 (Closing Date: 15/01/2010). Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (“IGRUA” in short) invites Tender for disposal of Scrap Material, like Plastic/Fiber, Rubber, Iron, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Lead Acid Battery, Electrical Cables, Glass items, News Papers & Magazines, Kitchen Equipments, on as is where is basis. The tender documents for the above can be obtained from Manager, Stores and Purchase of IGRUA on any working day between 0930 hours and 16:00 hours from 24/12/2009 to 13/01/2010 on payment of cash Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) with our Accounts Department. The Scrap Material can be inspected at our premises on 5^th to 8^th January, 2010 between 1000 hours and 1530 hours. Sealed Tender addressed to the Manager – Stores & Purchase, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, Fursatgani Airfield, Raebareli (U.P) 220302 along with Demand Draft as stipulated for each lot in the Bid Document towards Earnest Money (Refundable / Adjustable) in favour of “Indira Gandhi Rashriya Uran Akademi”, payable at “Raebareli” will be accepted upto 1400 hours till 15/01/2009 and the same will be opened at 1430 hours on the same day. Tender Form along with Bid document can also be downloaded from our Website http://www.igrua.gov.in/tenders/BIDSCRAP.pdf and cost of the same Rs. 250/- (non-refundable) will have to be paid along with the tender by way of Demand Draft in favour of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, payable at Raebareli.
