NOTICE INVITING TENDERS

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA), is a premier flying training institution under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. IGRUA is pleased to invite sealed quotations from Manufacturers/Authorised Distributors/Dealers for supply of following Uniform Cloth material as per specification given below:-

02	Dark Blue Pants Cloth Make : OCM TV/298457/10	500 Mtr.
03	Black Blazer Cloth Make : OCM – VP – 5100	180 Mtr.
04	Grey Woolen Pant Cloth Make : OCM – VT – 5100	125 Mtr.

You are requested to send your competitive rates for the above items alongwith:

i) Samples of cloth.

ii) Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 5,000/- by way of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, payable at Raebareli (U.P)

iii) Proof of similar supply for an amount of at least one lakh during the last one year to a single party

iv) Proof of authorized Distributor/Dealer of the product

Quotation is to be submitted in a sealed envelope, superscribing thereon ‘Quotation for Supply of Uniform Cloth’ (Tender No. SP:GS:UNI:2009-10:61 due for opening 02/11/2009), addressed to:

Last date of receipt of Quotation is 2^nd November, 2009 by 1430 hours, and the same will be opened at 1530 Hrs. on the same day. If you so desire, a representative of your Company (only employee) can remain present at the time of opening of Quotations. The representative must carry an authority letter from your Company’s Authorized Signatory for participation in the Tender.
